While we were waiting for the bulkhead to be delivered, there was plenty of
excitement over the water-main cut-in.  The town couldn't decide which side
of the road the main was on.  If it was the far side, then we would have to
close the road off (hard to do on a dead end), and hire an Officer to stand around.

We had the town water department out, and Frye's started tearing up the road
closest to the house.  We were lucky, the main was on our side of the road!
