Two inches thick on the basement walls, and three inches thick everywhere else.  We did an overlap pattern - 1" over 2" over the structure.  There was a number of weekends where we could not work on the insulation, as there was no way to maneuver those sheets on the ladders in the wind off the lake.  Looking forward to Spring!
