Frye's Excavation installed the drains, backfilled three sides, and started on the subfloor in one day. 
The Building came out, and we now have the first inspection done approved.  Next Tuesday the wood shows up!

We still have to remove the organic material from around the foundation (roots, etc), and I'll be working
with the plumber over the weekend or early next week for the radiant heating installation.
